Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne
