Both of our units needed to be replaced in August 2015 so we called this company. We purchased the Units that they suggested, paid in full on the spot, and they came the next day to install the units. We have had NOTHING but problems with the units since they have been installed. From the unit inside freezing up several times, the unit not able to cool our home, etc. They have been called out to our home repeatedly (at least 8 times) and do simple temporary fixes that don't last. I used Campbell and they were fine. I'm New to Austin so just checked on the bbb site. The fixed my refrigerator and with service call it cost $189. That seems reasonable to what things cost in Chicago. Anyhow, I was happy with there work.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Service call was $129. They do not break down labor and parts. They charged over 400 to fix washer and dryer and dryer was never fixed. This company does not return phone calls. Be aware and save your hard earned money. Don't use this company.
