This management company is terrible. My worst living experience so far and let me level set with the fact that I have lived in GA, IL, CT, PA and I've have a plethora of landlords who were wonderful. I pay my rent in advance, and tend to be patient and self-sufficient. There have been several instances where necessities aren't working, and the management company refuses to repair, or has tried to push cost on me as the tenant. Ex. Minimally acceptable management company. This is the type of multigenerational outfit that does things they way they always had, rests on their laurels, and can get by with doing the bare minimum because they have been around a long time and have a lot of properties in good locations. We had few problems during our 2 year rent--but all the pest bills and plumbing bills were sent out way.
