Knowing the founder of Camp Rhino personally, I know this facility will provide everything necessary to train successfully for obstacle courses or CrossFit competition. There will be lots of walls to climb, ropes and probably even a spear throw. There will be ridiculously hard weekend workouts for those trying to take it up a level. There will be no mirrors.
