Fabulous workout with great coaches. Quite the workout.
If you haven't played dodge ball for a workout or done at least 50 burpies...what the heck are you doing? You gotta try this unorthodox gym, people work together, high 5 each other and get it done. I have never had so much fun in any workout! Call Angie or Jess at Camp Rhino and check out everything they have, in fact stop in for a tour, you will probably get a high 5 when you walk by someone doing Boot Camp!
Life changing. Please do yourself a favor and do the challenge.

I absolutely love this gym!!!! It's not like any other gym I've been to. The atmosphere is phenomenal and the trainers are highly trained and helpful! Love love love. "It's the real mvp."
If only you could come experience this...... Oh wait YOU CAN! This is the most fun I've had at a gym, the sorest I've ever been and the best people who have fantastic attitudes! I started weak and intimidated - the staff has built me up muscles and confidence Every stage of health will have a blast with no judgement and an immediate family who does nothing but supports you. I was so intimated by this gym but once I signed up for the 2 month trial I have overcame so many challenges, fears and gained confidence in myself again. I have found my 2nd home away from home, I have gained so much from this place it's crazy!!!!
