I purchased a 30-foot RV cover and unfortunately had an issue with it. Anthony went above and beyond to help me and worked directly with the manufacturer to get it replaced. The people at Camp-Out are top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help. If you need truck stuff there is no better option.
I had Camp-Out install a ARE topper on one of my work trucks. They went well above and beyond helping me fix a problem that wasn't their fault. Everyone was awesome to work with! I mean every single person there was going out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend if you need anything with truck accessories or trailers go to Camp-Out. After this experience they are the only ones I will trust.
Owner did not honor their store's return policy. I bought a defect trailer part from his store and the guy did not even recognize the item he sold to me. It turned out those discontinued parts are no return. However, there is no sign in the store, or any written policy about the no return on discontinued parts they sold. So it is whatever he say it is. I'd say whoever come here for service? It is all about buyer beware at this store. As for me? I'll never bring my RV to service at Camp Out again!
