It's such a shame they permanently closed their doors this past January. Two years ago my boyfriend bought me a white chocolate mousse cake for my birthday and it quickly became my go-to birthday cake. Not only was it visually beautiful, it also tasted absolutely spectacular as well. I still remember us riding home with the cake box on my lap, plucking pieces of shaved white chocolate off the side of the cake and eating them during the drive. I got a cake out of the case on Thurs to take to state college on Sat for my son's bday. It was a choc pnut butter mousse creation. Not only did it stay fresh but the boys raved about it. "Phenomanol" was the consensus. Best bakery around. Thank you Chef D. Coconut macaroons rocked too. One fell in to my bag :)
White chocolate mousse cake is outstanding. The cannoli are good as well.
