Be aware of the new management. They plan to upgrade the apartments, which could cost you if you're not careful. Make sure to take pictures of your apartment and have them sign off on any issues before you move out, especially since they've changed the carpet. According to the law, carpets should be replaced every five years, so don't let them convince you to pay for this. We left the apartment after 3.5 years of renting. I'm very pleased with the service that has been provided and my questions have been answered pretty quickly for such a busy group. I am looking forward to renting here in Camp Hill with this company come June. The apartments are perfect for my needs and the gym, the grounds and the staff are very nice.

Before writing this review, I will state that I have never written a negative review on Google before now. Do NOT live here!!!!!!! I lived here for two years and had a terrible experience. Someone tried to break into my apartment and when I told the leasing office the response I got was “security is not our responsibility”. Very cold and callous response from a company that only cares about collecting the monthly rent.
