Atlantas overall, customer service rating has drastically decreased through the years. However, this is not a problem here. Just entering the door you are greeted with a warm smile and attentiveness. Registration (Ms. Alexis I believe) was a breeze as we were treated like family, not a just a file number. Even the tech who performed the xray on my child was an absolute gentleman. This location is the epitome of black excellence and hospitality.
Staff were very friendly and checking in was a breeze. MRI techs were really nice and helpful as well! 5 stars….
Went in today for a US the technologist was rude and unkind. There were no instructions on the portal to be followed. She did not approach me with kindness. She provided little to no explanation of how the procedure was going to go down. She was giving me attitude. Blamed me for not being prepared and lack of knowledge. The way she handled the equipment was rough and brought me discomfort. Her lack of communication made me feel like she just wanted to get it over with.
