RecommendedRaising a puppy (lab) is hard, really hard. The high energy, teething..... I love this place and Bella loves it even more. It gives her strong socializing with many types of dogs and gets out all that puppy energy. For me, it gives me a little break to get the house clean and or work (i work from home). Throughout day care at Camp bow wow you can watch the web cams and it's so much fun seeing your dog wrestle and make new friends. Staff is friendly with all dogs. I highly recommend.
RecommendedOur pup Veronica had her interview today. We were a bit nervous leaving her because she is only 7 lbs. and not quite 5 months old. The staff were very welcoming and she had a blast playing with her new friends. The webcam was helpful so we could see her response ourselves. Thank you!!
RecommendedIt's very clear that the staff is made up of dog lovers and my dog feels loved going there.
Too many dogs in one area when they have empty rooms they could have split them up. Staff is not properly trained to handle certain situations. My dog was in a fight and they never checked him over and therefore didnt see the puncture wound on his leg and the next morning he's limping. I received 2 different stories from 2 people, including the manager, both claimed to watch the footage but told me completely different stories yet refused to let me see the footage for myself. RecommendedThey are wonderful. Chance loves going there every chance he gets. He starts wagging his tail as soon as we approach the building. The counselors treat him with love ❤️. I am confident that he is well taken care of when I’m at work or out of town. I love my boy. I’m happy I don’t have to leave him home alone. He gets to play with his fur pals. I can watch him on the webcam having fun. He is so full of love and energy. But, when he comes home from camp he is calm and ready for bed. We play, eat, and train when he comes home. ... read more
Attempted to set up a day of camp for my dog he was rejected due to records being at a camp they do not work with. No conversation on when he was their last or an attempt to work with me. I will ensure no one I knows uses this location for any reason
