Camp Bow wow was extremely accommodating at the very last minute for our pup! (Right before the 4th of July weekend) We called the day before to get a doggy daycare spot for a couple of hours while we went to the aquarium. The sweet lady explained the process and made me feel at ease when leaving our pup for the first time at their facility! The check in/registration was so easy thanks to their app! The best part… being able to watch them on the doggy cam! 1000% recommend!
Not Good sorry to say. My 13 month old dog was molested by 2 other dogs. They verified it when I called to inquire why my pup was scratched… back, underneath, and tail practically broken. As I asked them to review the camera footage. I was told it was a teaching moment for a newer employee, who didn’t know the correct way to separate the dogs!! WHAT?!? We have been using Camp BowWow for about two years now, because I work out of town and my wife works in Georgia. The staff loves our yellow lab, Norbert, and he loves them so much sometimes he pulls us to the door! On occasion, he acts like he doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up. The staff does a great job of letting us know about if he exhibited any odd behavior or if he was good boy. The pup cups, pool, and ball pool days are great to give Norby something different every now and then too!
We love Camp Bow Wow! Rico is our baby and we have full trust and confidence in the staff here. He’s been here many times over the past couple of years and he always returns to us happy and exhausted from hanging out with his friends. Everyone who works here is professional and treats Rico like their own. Plus, we love receiving pictures throughout the week and being able to watch on webcam 24/7. It’s never easy saying goodbye to our boy before a trip, but Camp Bow Wow makes it a little better!
