Edgar did a great you job with my 3 dogs. He was very detailed with each of their hairstyles.
Board my dog here consistently if I go on any trips and always great service, and good communication if there are any questions or concerns...when you haven't been there in a couple months and the owner and staff still recognizes your pup, you know you are in good hands
Seems like they really care about Rosie. They put Rosie first. She is shy and doesn’t like to leave her mama’s side so when we go for her bath (she is not very water friendly either) she tries to lay down on a carpet so maybe they are unable to get her back there for her bath. They know her tricks and one of them will come out and get down so they are eye level and talk quietly and reassure her about her bath. Absolutely love this place! It’s a very good value for the money, and I love that they have the cameras available to view, so you can get “eyes on“ our pet while we are separated. Sometimes I question if he’s happy or not when we are separated. But then, just seeing him interact with all the other furry friends during their playtime, answers all those questions. Sometimes I wonder if it’s harder on me being separated or him!
