AWFUL EXPERIENCE. There were 3 main problems: 1. As suggested when I dropped my puppy off, I called to find out how she was doing. The receptionist told me she was doing fine and loved being there. With what appeared to be over 100 dogs at Camp 4 Paws, I don't know how she would know without checking with workers who are with the dogs. I called again and without hesitation I was told the same and how much she likes to play. I decided to pick up my puppy rather than leave her overnight as was my plan. 2. Excellent Place – Our dogs love this place. We are always very pleased with the quality of care and the level of service we and they receive when we board here or take the girls for a day of play. I love that they arent stuck in some cage for most of the day and that there are temp controlled play areas, especially in the Summer. I wouldnt take our dogs anywhere else for boarding and daycare.

HORRIBLE experience! – My dog recently was boarded at Camp 4 Paws for one night and had a terrible experience. It all started when we dropped him off to a very rude woman at the front desk who made us feel uncomfortable with our decision to board at Camp 4 Paws. We picked him up the next afternoon only to be told that we had an additional "charge" for sunday pick up that was never communicated to us when we called and ask for pricing prior to choosing Camp 4 Paws. Excellent – My husband and I have been thoroughly impressed with Camp 4 Paws and its staff! Our 4 yr old lab loves it. We take him for boarding and daycare appts. We've toured the place on several occassions when dropping off (we are extremely picky abour where our dog goes) and were very impressed with the quality of care being given to all the dogs as well as how great the place looks & smells. Best dog day care and dog boarding facility – Our dogs love Camp 4 Paws! They literally start barking when we turn on Burnet Rd to head towards the place and then run to the door and on into the facility. They attend doggy day care and also board there. The place is extremely clean and the staff is great! Our dogs are always well taken care of and so happy when we pick them up from boarding!
