Our server was RUDE! didn’t bring us what we ordered then when TOLD it wasn’t our order and that it was COLD he brought us BACK OUT THE SAME COLD FOOD that wasn’t ours to begin with! Then when told we wasn’t pleased he had the nerve to TELL ME, there wasn’t a problem with anything that it was all in my head! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE! They REFUSED to give me my money back as well!

Our sever was rude with absolutely no personality. Some of our food was cold. I have been here several times and said I would never come back. This time I promise I will never be back!!!

I have always loved Camino Real and sang their praises to everyone. Tonight, there was a problem with my sister's debit card, so I called to pay over the phone so they wouldn't be stuck with an order to-go and so she could enjoy her meal. They were really rude over the phone and left me on the line for 10 minutes without telling me what was happening. Anyway, I eventually paid over the phone and my sister went in to get her food.
