It’s unfortunate the one time I write a review it has to be negative but I can’t imagine another person having to deal with something like this. My friend got a brand new 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe and two days later the car had some unexpected issues leaving my friend stranded on the side of the road at night , with no hazard lights working in the vehicle. Took my 2009 colorado truck there for years and because of that they were courteous but when I walked in without my truck to ask a question about a switch all they did was print out a web page diagram that I can do from my phone instead of actually helping me with my question about my chevy. The guy stated I would have to bring the truck for them to chek it and iy would cost me $65 per hour and there wasn't anything else he could do to help me so I replied if you are the chevy dealer and can't help me without bringing the tr... read more

I was sold a vehicle in November 2019. the contra t states its a new 2019 colorado. I have not been able to register the vehicle and GMAC is telling me it was already sold prior to my purchase. my Costco gift card did not go through because they also showed the vehicle is used. now 5 months later I am no closer to getting this problem fixed. I have made all my payments on time even though I have no plates and no registration and have been told I don't own this truck! DO NOT BE FOOLED BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!
I like to thank Corrina Vargas for her outstanding customer service. I took my Truck in for service and she took care of me as usual. Set me up with a rental and kept me updated on my truck. Made my whole experience at Camino Real Chevrolet a great experience. From the sales department all the way to the service department. Thank you again Corrina Vargas for all your help.
