The front staff is organized and efficient, I appreciate the appointment reminders, and the immediate act of scheduling the next appointment. I have gone to the Physician and Dentist there, and I must say that both Doctors, Nurse Practitioner, Dental Assistant, Nurses, were genuinely attentive to my care, and answered all my questions. I’ve had the worst customer service experience with Camino Health Center. The front office is disorganized, and the providers are consistently late for both live video interviews and in-person appointments. The most frustrating experience was when I had a scheduled live interview, and the provider never showed up. I waited over 40 minutes before finally logging off.
