I usually go to the San Clemente office where I love Dr. Karen, but needed to see someone as soon as possible, so I saw Dr. Jennifer at the Lake Forest office. Everyone there was kind and attentive. Dr. Jennifer was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and heard. I really like both of these offices and am so glad I can be a patient of theirs!
There are no words to describe this operation, my previous review in regards to this establishment and It’s staff was pretty strong and positive, as my case takes progress and the more that I realize by coming in contact with the staff and their phone system in particular, I feel as if someone deliberately is Giving commands to act dysfunctional and are free of responsibility to the staff , The human resources department of the establishment must raise the bar and implement better standards and higher qualifications for hiri... read more
I came for my anual check up. Dr. and staff are very professional and friendly. Very helpful on my concern they listen and explain things very well.
Poor customer service. The person who is responsible to schedule an appointment is very rude and lied on my face.
Its been 4 days they havent send my prescription to the pharmacy its terrible specially when u badly needed you medicine its frustrating
