Trying to look for an apartment and look to talk to someone to answer the phone. I don’t know what’s wrong with the woman that worked there. I used to work there but it’s always an answering machine anytime of the day you called. It’s always the answering machine looks somewhere else doesn’t look like they want business here….
Be ready for the bait and switch. The apartment shown was very nice but the actual one they tried to give me was in rough shape and missing amenities. They also don't warn you that water and trash are NOT included in the monthly rent. Way overpriced for what you get. I saw several comparable apartments in the same worn-out shape for hundreds less.
The location is great if you have a kid that goes to Rancho or any schools in that area, butts up against the creek path. Sucks there isn't an entrance on the left side of the complex. Have to turn around in the court and go back to the front/side.

This apartment was a big disappointing mistake. From day one, maintenance issues cropped up like crazy, and the management's response time was very slow. The supposed "amenities" were either out of order or in such a state of disrepair that they were practically unusable. The overall vibe in the complex was more like a neglected dorm than a place to call home.
