Poor quality home builders, often cutting corners. I would not recommend this builder. Be sure to have an inspection after home has been built.
If I could give 10* I would. My experience has been amazing. My family and I moved from Illinois and we came to Peoria literally for 5 days to find our dream home. Everyone was very helpful and amazing with answering any questions and making sure we do find our dream home. We did. Chris, Sal and Mike were awesome.
