I was supposed to receive employment "support" services at the Vallejo, Ca office and I felt both my case manager Yasmin and employment support specialist Roxeanne to be unprofessional and unsupportive. Yasmin would never return my calls or my emails and she focused on how in the past few years I haven't been able to hold an entry level job (before that I taught Special Education for 8 years and I have a Bachelors degree), even though I have a disability and there have been reasons. I'm saddened for the fact that I know two people that are now addicted to meth because they lived at one of the social rehabs with a known meth addict. It was reported multiple times that the addict was smoking in and out off the house while also encouraging others to try it. The homes were supposed to help those battling mental illness not add such a devastating problem to the lives of those now addicted to meth and their loved ones.
