There cannot possibly be any actual jewelers at this place. My Bf brought in a gold band (it was his mother’s) to have diamonds and peridot set into an eternity ring for me. Was called in to look at the two stones placed in the ring. There were to be ten total stones in a size 5 ring. Looked great! When he went to pick it up there were 18 chips, and half the gold! (His mother’s gold) the chips were unevenly spaced, the breath holes were sharp, what a joke! Had it re-done by them, I don’t know why, and it was a little better.... read more

I had my wedding ring re-casted and afterwards lost diamonds about every 6 months. I had diamonds put back in about 4 times decided to take it somewhere else to evaluate it. The other jeweler said the ring was never re-casted and said the craftsman ship was poor. I’m so disappointed!!!! I spent a lot of money to have my wedding band fixed and was just tricked!!!! Had my wedding ring tightened and cleaned yesterday. During my travels yesterday a diamond fell out, took it in today and they replaced it for me right away at no charge. Awesome store and awesome customer service!
Our first and only place to shop. Love the folks there, the service and of course the beautiful jewelry they carry!
