I bought my wedding dress beginning of July and was told it would take 4 months to arrive. It did not arrive til mid January. The quality of how the dress was made was perfect but overall experience and the communication was terrible. I was told I could not have my tracking number then they gave it to me . They said my dress was with a mass shipment on east coast but it mysteriously arrived the next day. Most stressful process of engagement/wedding.
