0/10 would not recommend going here for wedding dresses, tuxedo rentals, or even prom. It took 3 trips to the shop to get the tuxedos to fit properly after being measured by the staff there. 3 of the 4 tuxedos did not fit properly and had to have the correct pieces overnighted to the shop the day before the wedding....unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback about your experience. We were unaware anyone was unhappy, even after all the tuxedos were returned and we asked how everything was. We, as a small local business, take all our reviews seriously because we want to provide the best service and experience possible. Even if it means having the right garments shipped over-night to us, we want to do what it takes to make sure the customer has everything they need for the Big day. Beautiful and great selection of dresses. Maggie in the Prom Department is amazing. She was funny, gave her honest opinion, and gave my daughter her full attention during her appointment. Maggie even assisted with selecting my daughter's date tux.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic experience shopping for my daughter’s formal in your shop today. Olivia was the best! She chose dresses after talking to my daughter that we looked right over and they were amazing. She found the perfect dress for my daughter and was so friendly and helpful in the process.
