Joanne and the other ladies here are absolute ROCKSTARS. As a customer you hardly ever see behind the scenes and what it takes to run a business like this - where you’re constantly juggling the retail side of things (selling/stocking/sewing) with the emotional side of things (half the customers are there for something to wear on the most important day of their lives). You have to be a therapist and know product lines like the back of your hand. Camille’s is 6 stars in my book - they make it look easy! And it isn’t 😁
While I was trying on dresses the seamstress told me 'she could fix the dress, but not my body' it made me feel awful. I bought my dress from there, but had it altered at a different place.
I was looking for a special dress, something a little different, for the Jingle Ball in Raleigh. Everyone was so nice and helpful, listening to my description of what I was looking for, rather than bringing me what they thought would be perfect. It turns out I did find the perfect dress! I had so many compliments that night and in my FB post the next day, and didn't see another dress like it! I won't shop anywhere else, and will refer anyone who is looking for Bridal, Prom, or Cocktail Dresses, to Camille's of Wilmington.
I had the most wonderful experience at Camille’s!! The whole staff is so friendly and helpful. My girl, Melissa, was an angel! I will forever recommend Camille’s! I can’t thank you all enough! ��
From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like a “royal” bride. Found and ordered my perfect dress and I cannot be more excited to wear it for my upcoming wedding! Thank you Lynn, Angela, and Joanne!

Claudia, we are so sorry that your visit at Camille's was not up to your expectations. We appreciate you letting us know. If you want to call the store and ask for Joanne or Angela, store owners, we would be happy to discuss this matter further. But know when you come back for your alterations appointment in a few weeks, it will be more enjoyable. Also speaking with your consultant, we realized that we didn't get your picture with "I Said Yes" sign, sometimes that happens. Please be sure to mention it when you come back.
I can't say enough good things about the staff at this store!! From the dresses, to the service, to the alterations.....everything was PERFECT!!! My dress was amazing!! I could not have asked for anything more perfect for my special day. I highly recommend Camilles, I promise you won't be disappointed!!

I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life than I did on my wedding day, thanks to camilles! I went in to purchase the dress for the biggest day of my life, with a super tight budget and certain things in mind. The day I purchased my dress was a sample sale & although it was crazy in there, I left so ecstatic with my purchase.
