Today, I tried to schedule an appointment. I kept telling the scheduler that my doctor gave me her name, but said I didn’t need a referral with my insurance. I told her three times and she’s like let me look up and see if you got a referral. And then I said, I don’t think you’re hearing me. My doctor said I didn’t need a referral.
