Dr. Azar is a wonderful doctor. Treats you like family. I thoroughly trust him and always tell friends to see him if they need a doctor..
Poor bedside manner, will not listen to patient concerns. His staff is not friendly at all. Do not use this doctor.
Waited an hour after which he spent 2 minutes talking over my wife's questions about her symptoms. He took no reasonable history and quickly prescribed a drug that had not worked in the past. Then he was gone. He was also the only person in the entire office who was not wearing a mask though they were required. Not recommended.
Treats patients as family members. Really listens to patient's concerns and physical complaints.
This statement is my perception of the events that unfolded and the feelings I am left with moving forward with canceling care with this provider. This Dr stormed into the room, rapid fired questions at me, yelled at me and told me I couldn't possibly be having pain where I said I was having pain, suggested I was having pain from over eating (which is not the case), and then stormed out...I was left waiting in the room wondering if he was coming back or what was happening. I have seen him for two visits and was not happy with his suggestions and horrible bed side manner.
My mother was a patient of his and he helped her as much as he possibly could. He was very blunt and to the point but friendly. Gave every bit of the best care he was capable of. I appriciate dr azar to the fullest
Doctor is great and takes Medicare. But centura Heath will double change and will bill you and harass you .
Dr. Azar in preforming my colonoscopy was very professional. Explaining that he had found cancer in the colon and also reassuring me that it was all contained within the colon wall. On the follow up visit he once again reassured me that the cancer could be dealt with fairly simply with surgery. He even went so far as to call the surgeon personally and get me set up with an appointment to see him. I appreciated his direct approach and humorous manner. Very satisfied with him and his team.
