Updated- owner has followed up and will be addressing with staff which is great! Visited the shop to get help selecting a prom corsage and was simply directed to the website multiple times. There was little effort to assist, no eye contact, and no interest in helping us choose. I left feeling unwelcome and took my business elsewhere. I later emailed my concerns and received no response. Very disappointing experience.
We had a funeral that we wanted to send flowers to the family and went to use the one on the funeral home website Teleflora but this site didn't have any Canadian Cities on it. So I called the funeral home and mentioned we were trying to order flowers from their site and LOL the lady on the phone said "Please Don't!" She said it's a USA based site and when I asked where we could go she recommended Camerons flowers to us because they use them for their flowers. Staff was great. Gave them a budget and they exceeded expectations. Lovely experience. Will be the go-to flower shop for all special occasions. Location is situated in the beautiful and lively Belmont Village as well. Parking is relatively plentiful.
