Dr. Murphy is the best of the best. Easy to work with, perfectly willing to listen for as long as necessary, and never in a rush. That's important in the office but when undergoing major spine work it's about as important as it gets. I came for a second opinion & finally found all my answers in his office. Awesome doc. Great “bedside manner.” He did not seem like he was in a hurry and really talked to me.
When I called to make this appointment, I clearly explained my pain and what I was looking for. The person on the phone assured me that the doctor I’d be seeing was a spine and tailbone specialist. However, when I arrived, the doctor told me I was in the wrong place and suggested I see oncology instead. I wasn’t so much disappointed with the doctor as I was with the scheduling staff and front desk.
