This property management company is excellent. A problem came up with my apartment not being ready to move in as originally planned. The previous tenants had trashed it, and it wasn't up to the standards the management company has for their properties. This obviously provided some difficulty for my roommate and I. They totally accommodated us by meeting our furniture storage needs, a truck to transport the stuff when ready and compensation.
