Totally unacceptable introduction to this doctor and practice. Send by referral for root canal evaluation. Seen 30 minutes AFTER appointment despite being called the day previous to move the appointment forward 15 minutes. Had technician enter the exam room and begin asking me which tooth was the problem? That she didn't know, and that I had been referred and had my record including an x-ray sent over was troubling. That was followed by her telling me that she was going to take an x-ray.
