Dr. Eilts is very pleasant nice to work with. He’s kind and caring, and takes the time to discuss what he sees as the issue and how best to address it. He listens to me and works with me to create a plan of action. I highly recommend him.
He is thorough and does not rush you. He is patient and allows you time to answer all your questions. Visits with him about any foot issues are reassuring and satisfying. He did bunion surgery on my foot and I am very happy with the results.
Dr. Eilts takes the time to explain what is going on, writing things down and offering recommendations. Gives me hope that I will be able to resolve my issues and get back to being able to walk pain free.
Dr. Elits is a very talented doctor. His work is first class. He replaced one of my ankles and the result was nothing short of perfect. I strongly recommend him for any foot problems.
I came to Dr. Eilts with a pretty bad ankle tendon tear. He clearly explained that the healing & recovery process would be long (which it was!). He did an excellent surgical repair. During the long recovery, I had a few setbacks; however, Dr. Eilts and his team worked closely with their affiliated Physical Therapist and also provided a cortisone shot at the appropriate time to help me along the way. I’m now a year post-surgery, and am on the path back to my running & biking routine.
I liked his directness in discussing my situation and my options.
He was straight to the point, listened to my concerns and took time to explain my xray and let me know how we could alleviate my pain. The frustrating part was how long I had to wait to get in. Also the registration part was completely ridiculous, I do not use a patient portal and never will. The IPad was so ridiculous and frustrating. Dr Eilts anticipated my questions and concerns before I could even ask. He looked at my problem with a Broadview, instead of just focusing on his role. Empathetic and knowledgeable.
I would still be in the ED if it hadn't been for Dr. Eitls. I don't know who he talked to or what he said, but I went from sitting in the ED for 4 days, to being admitted to the Portsmouth hospital and all in less than an hour.Thank you so much and from the bottom of my heart, thanks for fighting for me.
