They replaced an old air condition many years ago. I expected it to cool properly, but it never did. We used another company that Cameron Jones recommended. They told us to replace the ducts, add more insulation and change the registers. This did not help the situation. Late afternoon as the sun set on that side of house the unit could not lower the temperature one degree without staying on for hours.
