Absolutely awful customer service. My sister and I just moved out. Cameron Isles is wanting to charge us 25$ for a pool pass that we seemed to have lost. Never once in my 14 month lease did I ever need that pool pass. The management staff never went check the pool to see who was a resident and who was not. It's absolutely absurd that I need to pay 25 bucks for a piece of paper that was never used! The grounds also constantly have dog shit in the yard. I love my new Home sweet home!!! Thank you Cameron Isle for being so warm and welcoming. Very helpful and a very friendly staff. My apt is beautiful and I couldn't be happier.
