Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff was very helpful and flexible with appointments and questions. The preadjustment table relaxes your back for the best results to follow. My adjustments weren't very painful. I did feel some force but it wasn't that bad. The office and parking is all the way back of the lot. My husband and I love Dr Grade. I was never really a chiropractic patient, and had suffered for years, until a random visit to a chiropractor, in another city, that somewhat relieved my chronic pain. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only do I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I fell great afterward. Dr. Grade is always able to find and relieve the source of my pain. He's never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. His entire staff is warm and welcoming.
