This place is a dump. They NEVER have hot water when you need it. They will charge you when you move out for everything and anything even when you didn’t do anything and cleaned the carpets to look brand new. They over charge you for EVERYTHING! This place is not worth what you have to pay in rent. Go somewhere else! Anywhere else! The main maintenance guy is so afraid of dogs and acts like you are the bad guy. Live anywhere but here!
They need to fix the mold issue. It's a health issue and they just ignore it. I wish they had better customer service.
