Honest, approachable, and always willing to assist.
I used a renovation cost estimator website months ago that was linked to Cameron Construction (though hosted on a different website). Since then I have received endless unwanted construction-related promotional emails. They are always from a different “company” so unsubscribing and blocking each one does nothing to stop them. I can only imagine how frustrating they would be to actually work with….
I would not use this company again. Our experience with Cameron Construction is so similar to Rachael’s it’s incredible. We have never dealt with a company which is less customer-focused than Cameron Construction (aside from their front-desk staff who were excellent). The use of subcontractors seemed to result in huge delays in between trades coming in to complete work and when they did arrive they generally had no idea what it was they were supposed to be doing. Worst experience of our lives. Cameron constructions put our 2nd story extension on. The project manager hired terrible sub contractors, our house flooded multiple times, there were holes in the ceilings of every room except our bedroom, communication with head office was abysmal and the project manager was either a complete idiot, or a con man. A 9 month project took 18 months Damage done to our downstairs was only partially fixed costing us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs, eg: painting, replacing carpet, replacing ... read more
