My husband and I met here almost 7 years ago. Over the holidays, we went back for an anniversary date. Not only did the staff give us the same table we sat at when we met, but we were greeted with champagne, an amazing meal, and complimentary dessert. Service was amazing and food was incredible! I can’t say enough great things about this establishment!
great burgers but SLOW service...this was the 2nd week in a row we had slow service.

I rarely make a public complaint, but I've always liked this restaurant and think they need to know about today. I stopped in for lunch around 1. the menu I was handed looked like it had been left on the rain. I literally had to hold it together to read it. After being served my lunch (which was good!), not once did my server check back, no refill of water and after having finished my meal, it took 12 minutes for me to get someone's attention to get my wait person. I'm so glad I didn't take a guest there today.

Friday night trivia with Hill is the best!
On 9/13/19 we had a rehearsal dinner there. Ellen, the Manager, went way out of her way to make sure we all had an extra special night. I even forgot to order the grooms cake so I called nothing bundt cakes in Raleigh and they made 3 ten inch cakes in 45 minutes. Ellen volunteered to go get them for us. Back to the dinner, the food, drinks, service and entire experience was exceptional!! I highly recommend Cameron Bar and Grill for any event or just a date night. Robin A.
My husband had the club sandwich which was huge and it had roast beef which was a bonus. I had a salad with grilled chicken and their croutons were yummy. Enjoyed the outdoor seating for a late lunch after vinyl record shopping.
