This office and Dr needs to be shut down. Front Office staff are great, the Dr and APRN are negligible and have not only ignored serious health concerns. When a dr ignores your concerns, prescribes you medications mixed with others that have SERIOUS life long impacts on your health someone should be held accountable. My life is destroyed due to the aprn prescribing me a medication with a contradiction that has taken away my quality of life, Hospitalized because of the toll these medications took on my body. Quick, friendly and thorough. Very easy staff to deal with. The portal is a great way to communicate or get refills. They always respond quickly.
Camren Hackley is the best!! I go even if my insurance doesn't cover. I would not go anywhere else. Staff is great too. They serve with professionalism and empathy
Mr. Hackley is a very thorough and caring Nurse Practioner. He takes time to listen to your concerns and explain conditions, treatment options. The office staff are very professional and engaging. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the care I have received from Mr. Hackley and the office staff.
Sad of the customer service they provide at new clients . I came 30 mins early to fill forms (done in 5mins) then they had me in the room for 30 mins waiting with no estimated time , no even a “I’m sorry the doctor should be here soon”. All I wanted was a blood test (should be done in 15 mins) ….i left and they were happy to see me leaving , they didn’t even ask me to re schedule or what happened!! REALLY BAD SERVICE
