Made an order early September, 3 months later happened to see what I’d ordered just sitting on a shelf. I had called after a couple of months and was told to wait, The stock was not in. So I decided to try collect my order now that I knew they had the item. Was told th order had been lost a while ago so was refunded 1/3 items and pick up the others off floor stock. I had the most delightful experience visiting the Hornsby Camera House store — I had 1,001 questions, and Jessica was so helpful with every question. She was so patient and kind, and she tried to help me find the best deal for what I was after. Even though it was really busy in the store, I didn't feel rushed or forgotten — I could browse at my own pace. I was really impressed by the range in stock, and it was really nice to experience some cameras and lenses I hadn't been able to try before. I would happily shop here again!
