We came in to take passport photos for our kids and the staff were excellent, they were the best for infant photos and made the whole process seamless. They were very attentive to our family as well, chatted about photography and even kept our 6 year old entertained with their drones. Very caring and attentive. Highly recommend.
Went into camera house looking for a flash. Had the one i wanted priced $80 more than online competitors. Asked if they could price match and still came in $50 more which is fine and understandable for a brick and mortar shop. Said i would buy online this time as that a big price difference. As I was walking away the staff member said "thanks for supporting local" sarcastically. Went to Coffs Harbour Camera House looking for a pair of binoculars as a gift. The staff here were amazing helping me select the right pair by teaching me how to use them and work out if additional features were worth the extra $$ or not. The gift was really well received.
