Always great service - both before and after sales.
Very disappointing experience at Camera House. I simply asked if they could match the price of another local supplier, which is a normal question many customers ask before making a purchase. Instead of receiving a polite response, the staff member became rude and dismissive. I wasn’t demanding a discount—I was genuinely interested in buying and only wanted to know if they could match a competitor’s price.
