Went into camera house looking for a flash. Had the one i wanted priced $80 more than online competitors. Asked if they could price match and still came in $50 more which is fine and understandable for a brick and mortar shop. Said i would buy online this time as that a big price difference. As I was walking away the staff member said "thanks for supporting local" sarcastically. Went to Coffs Harbour Camera House looking for a pair of binoculars as a gift. The staff here were amazing helping me select the right pair by teaching me how to use them and work out if additional features were worth the extra $$ or not. The gift was really well received. Friendly staff with a great knowledge base. Good stock and importantly, zero sales pressure.
Excellent customer service. Was missing a cord for a camera battery charger, could have easily charged for a brand new set, but instead pointed me to another electronics store to get the part at half the price.
