All the staff I've dealt with were very courteous and helpful. They have some awesome telescopes and even microscopes that I haven't seen in-store anywhere else. The store isn't very large, but it has an excellent selection. Definitely different from any other camera store I've been to along the entire East Coast.
Wonderful service by Billy and Mike helped me find a part to an older slide projector very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with

I found parts of this telescope everywhere with no real explanation of the actual part I needed. For some reason even Celestron wouldn’t list the individual part for me to get with this specific telescope and then I ran into your website and there was an exact picture of the broken part I was holding in my hand. Great job, I could not be happier!
