For some reason even Celestron wouldn’t list the individual part for me to get with this specific telescope and then I ran into your website and there was an exact picture of the broken part I was holding in my hand. I had recently gotten a fujifilm z700 exr camera off of amazon- which was such a big mistake on my part- only to find out that the camera couldn’t focus and that I received a defective item. Upon being disappointed, I decided to take a visit to Jeff’s store and see if they could possibly fix the error, but unfortunately they couldn’t.
