Larry missed a lot of serous defects when performing the inspection...probably close to $90,000 worth of serious defects including an improperly installed metal roof that will now require total replacement. I could not be more dissatisfied with this company. I have hired dozens of inspectors over the years and I am fine if they miss a few things here or there and cost me say 5 or 10 grand...no one is perfect.
