Amazing Experience finding my perfect wedding gown Second time customer and I have nothing but positive things to say. I was just in a friends wedding and had a little weight issue, but it was no issue for Cameo. They welcomed me back with open arms and I can not thank both Ms.Gina and their seamstress (by the way is amazing and anyone who says otherwise must have personal issues) did a perfect job for me. I've been to probably like 6 or 7 stores now, and Cameo Bridal was the first store I came to where I didn't feel pressured to buy FROM THEM specifically. I walked in on a Monday, no appointment, and my party was greeted warmly - no issue for the lack of appointment - and then she went right to work. Other people have been nice, but I definitely felt like they all have wanted to sell me one of their dresses instead of finding what's right for me. Horrible customer service To be honest, I had already bought my wedding gown elsewhere, but Cameo was the only salon around that carried the line of bridesmaid dresses I was looking for. The first time we went in there to look (I have three bridesmaids, between the ages of 15 and 22) I was not at all impressed. I thought the sales staff was rude and snotty to the girls, though I wasn't sure if it was because of their age (although it shouldn't matter - they were still making the sale). A great time! Snotty? No wai~! My sister went and got her wedding dress and I got a bridesmaid dress and the staff was super helpful, funny and a whole lot of fun - They had great taste and picked us out something that fitted our description perfectly. They had an array of options to choose from for all sorts of occasions and styles
Friendly staff, great selection My experience with my four bridesmaids at Cameo was excellent. We went in, expecting to keep our next four dress appointments, but within an hour we had all picked the dress! The staff was warm, knowledgeable and gently honest when certain dresses did not look as good as others. The sizes they carry in-store are pretty varied, from small to large. got my dream dress I went to Cameo after spending a disappointing 2 hours at David's bridal. I really didn't feel like listening to any more pushy sales people, but once I got there and explained to the bridal consultant what I was looking for, she brought me out 6 dresses that were what I liked, not what she liked as the other store did. Worst Experience EVER. I am a bridesmaid who is pregnant. We went in to order dresses and I kept saying over and over how I am pregnant and needed to be fitted extra big for the dress to accomodate my growing frame. We specifically made it clear that I am due the same week as the wedding so I will be HUGE. The lady took out the measuring tape and measured ONLY my ribcage and brought it out about 2 inches. Happy with my experience I was anxious/overwhelmed about shopping for my wedding dress... Cameo II was the second store on my list of places to go, and within 4 dresses, I found mine! I was somewhat skeptical of the shop at first - not necessarily the interior or exterior I'd expect for a bridal shop - but the sales people were friendly, helpful, and encouraging (I don't think they work on commission). My experience was exceptional and i dont understand why people put negative remarks about the store on here. i must say after reading some of the things on here i alomost didnt even want to waste my time! but i went in anyways and everyone was so nice and helpful!
