Extremely rude and useless ladies! Second time this happens to us with the lady up front. We walked in, and the first thing she said was, "Do you have an appointment?" No, Hi or anything. Extremely rude! We booked a vacation back in 2017. Whoever helped us then was great! But since then, we have attempted to book with them on 3 other occasions, and we get the same response there are no hotels available. Like, really ?!?
