Bill Powell and Camelot Realty are extremely unprofessional. Do NOT rent from them. For 2 and half years I've always paid on time but now we are moving out. Bill, the owner, told me he wants to make a profit on us moving out. He is billing us $850 for a broken window which we never broke. There is a pea size hole in the glass.
