I hope no one ever has to deal with the incompetence of these people. The same people who claim to care about children are the same people who would rather have children going through withdrawals than actually return a phone call to help them. Not super pleased with this office. They never answer the phone. They ask you to leave a message and they'll reach back out, not true, it hasn't happened yet. They don't really have any concerns about patients in crisis. There isn't a practicing doctor that evaluates patience just a nurse. For our intake appointment the counselor who just received her license said she didn't think my son's diagnosis was not right.
