Straight trash at the one in Knoxville the one I had before Knoxville gave me hope but Knoxville straight sucks and they do not support families at all in the Knoxville office
Absolutely unprofessional. 20 mins in the waiting room for them to then cancel my 10yo daughter's appointment because the only practitioner had to step out. We had this appointment for 2 months. They canceled the appointment on the spot and then said they cant provide a school note because she wasn't seen. We saw the reviews amd decided to give this place a chance anyway. But the reviews are warranted 100%
