I was told I could live here for a short lease over the summer while I did an unpaid internship, but to check back in as the date got closer so they could tell me which apartments were available. That's what I did and they then decided to tell me they wouldn't do a lease that short. That was too little notice and now I am homeless while I try to do my internship. It sucks.

I really don't recommend renting here. It can be very noisy and they never answer the phone. When it comes to the security deposit they wait until the very last day possible to give it back (60 days as stipulated by Colorado Law) They tried to say I didn't give a 30 day notice, I'm glad we had them sign a document stating I was giving my 30 day notice. They charge you $50 to replace those super cheap plastic window blinds that cost $10 at any hardware store. I should have just replaced them myself and it wouldve saved me $40... read more
All these reviews have to be fake. I cant understand how anyone actually living there could say anything nice about this place. Management was the worst. They never answer the phone. They lie to corporate about repairs made to my apt, which none were rendered. They violated their own lease. I had my repair requests in writing and they had 10 days to oblige. No repairs. I left early. The windows have no locks and some dont even open. They are liars and have no sense of what is right. Worst ever.
