The monthly rental cost is very affordable compared to other tenements, and the maintenance has been exceptional. I've lived here for 3 years, I understand its older and comes with issues but the property management is complete, utter nonsense. Four units haven't been able to use their kitchen sinks for four days, and when we do it backs up and floods BUT because it's not an "emergency" we have no idea when it will be fixed. Let's not forget about the mold, the cockroach infestation and the incredibly thin walls!

This place is a dump. I drive past it sometimes and it looks trashy.
