Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Would you recommend this animal hospital to others? Yes Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? Yes, I had a clear understanding of my pet's condition Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Upon taking my dog to receive its' shots, I was asked to pay $157.00 And of that I paid $150.00, because the receptionist said she would, "take care of the rest." A month later I receive a bill stating that I owe $8.00; the original $7.00 and a $1.00 interest charge. After calling a few months later to complain about this, the receptionist said, "We have removed the service charges, and will place your animals on hold." Good thing there is more than one animal clinic in Belleview.

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy? Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
