Had an abnormal pap. Went back for a cervical biopsy. The nurse was cold as ice. The doctor downplayed the procedure. I felt everything. No anesthesia. After the procedure, saw all of the bloody instruments. Doctor also downplayed what I would see and feel after the procedure. Had to call the emergency line two times. Took over two weeks and multiple phone calls to get the results. Horrible experience. Never EVER GOING BACK.
Absolute trash! They do not care about you or your baby. Do not have a c section with you because they will NOT check your incision even after being asked numerous times. Yep, you'll end up in the ER for any complications bevause they don't do their job. I had my baby on the 20th pre term and my ob never has contacted me or seem me. She's also been in the hospital in house while I was admitted and didn't even come into the room when complications of pre term labor were going on. The doctors and midwifes are awesome they answer any questions or concerns you have
This office is alright. I had a much better experience delivering my first at Sutter Roseville than here at Mercy with the doctors in this practice with my new insurance. Dr. Nguyen told me my contractions were braxton hicks at the office visit when I had my son less than a day later. I had horrible cramping my whole hospital stay after delivery and they basically said they "couldn't give me anything else because I delivered vaginally" but I was in tears from the pain. Dr.Burkhalter was seeing me for all my 3 back to back pregnancies. She is amazing, all the NP are very nice too. Even though I had 3 different doctors at the time of each delivery,they all were amazing. Thank you Camelia Woman's health �
1. Charged us $429 for a drug test we never knew that was ordered. 2. They never explained that our insurance didnt cover even though they knew. We will be suing and contacting BBB.
